Our white beans come from Germany because when it comes to staple foods, we attach great importance to knowing exactly how and by whom they are grown. Why is that so special? Because white beans are often imported from faraway countries like China. Not from us! Our beans grow without long transport routes and are grown by a dedicated farmer who works with passion and a holistic approach.

Preparation:
Soak white beans in water for at least 12 hours. Then cook in twice the amount of lightly salted water for about 1-2 hours at medium heat.
