DORIS STRONG has a new lace! It absorbs as much period blood as up to 3 normal tampons. DORIS STRONG has the same classic brief cut as the original Doris. The cut has a slightly higher rise and flatters many different figures. The delicate lace on the bottom is soft and recycled.

Period briefs with delicate lace (recycled polyester) and Tencel Lyocell produced in Portugal.

Our panties are available with different absorbency levels. The panties for heavy periods absorb as much blood as three normal tampons (the normal one absorbs about 1.5 tampons). The menstrual panties can be worn for up to 12 hours at a time.

Before first use, the panty should be machine washed at 40°C to activate the dry layer.

application and care

Menstrual panties can be worn for up to 12 hours. Kora Mikino recommends changing them in the morning and evening. Of course, your individual blood flow is also important. So if you are one of those people with (very) heavy periods, it may be that the panties are not enough for you on heavy days. You can then either change the menstrual panties more often during the day or use additional pads, tampons or a menstrual cup (yeah - no waste). You decide what suits your everyday life and your well-being best.

hand wash
First, the panty should be washed under the cold tap.

machine wash
Then you can wash it in the laundry bag at up to 40°C in the washing machine together with similar colored clothes. Neither fabric softener nor bleach should be used to wash the panties. Even regular detergent often contains bleach, so use color detergent without bleach!

Please note: washing temperatures above 40°C may affect the longevity of the fibres.

air drying
The panty dries best in the fresh air.
