The handmade vegetable brush from Redecker is perfect for removing dirt from carrots, mushrooms and potatoes - as many vitamins are in the peel, it is a waste to peel good organic vegetables. Instead, you can simply brush them vigorously and continue processing them as normal. Zero waste also means wasting as little food as possible.
The sturdy bristles of the vegetable brush ensure excellent brushing power and rub even the most stubborn dirt off the peel. The handle made of untreated beech wood fits comfortably in the hand thanks to the groove in the wood and does not slip even under running water. The bristles are 100% plastic-free and are made of fibre, a yellow natural fibre that is mainly obtained from the leaf veins of the agave plant, and union, a hybrid of fibre and bassine, the fibre of the sago palm.
Unpleasant confusion with the brushes for cleaning can be easily ruled out because the brush is printed with the word "vegetable brush."
The traditional German family business Redecker stands for excellent quality: good brushes should be durable, easy to use and attractively designed. The Zero Waste vegetable brush made of wood and natural bristles was designed and produced according to these principles and belongs in every waste-free kitchen.
