The trash can at Frieda's house is overflowing - so many empty packages! Where do they all come from? And do we really need them? Frieda's dad reads about a packaging-free store in the newspaper. What is that? Frieda can't even imagine what a store like that would look like. She absolutely has to take a look!
She immediately sets off to discover the store with no waste. What there is to discover there is so much more exciting than in the supermarket! And the trash can stays empty because there is no plastic or packaging. Frieda buys everything she needs for a cake with her mom and starts baking at home. She proudly presents her cake the next day at the kindergarten and tells of her unpackaged adventure. A wonderful story about the charm of shopping sustainably.
