The Mie noodles are produced on a production line for Mie noodles that is unique in Europe. The basis is 70% wheat flour + 30% durum wheat semolina.

Natural noodles. No additives. Not fried.

Its advantages are its quick preparation and versatility. It is a pure delight with vegetable stir-fries and also as an ingredient in classic Asian soups and salads.

Cooking time: Cook for about 4-6 minutes, or pour boiling water over the pasta and leave to simmer with the lid on for about 9 minutes.
